1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our support team at contact@aswinnaturaloils.com or call us at +91 99760 44837 with your order ID.
Post-Shipment Cancellation: Once your order is packed and shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. In such cases, you may refer to our return policy if the product qualifies.
Customized or Bulk Orders: Cancellation of customized or bulk orders may not be possible once processing has begun. Please contact us directly for clarification in such cases.
2. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only in the case of:
Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, broken, or tampered with, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include photographs or unboxing videos as proof to assist in speedy processing.
Incorrect Products: In case you receive the wrong product, reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the order with your order details and images of the item received.
Return Conditions: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, Items must be shipped back to our return address as provided by the customer support team. Return shipping costs are covered if the error is ours (damaged/wrong product).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, most of our edible oil products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. We encourage customers to read the product descriptions, sizes, and ingredient details carefully before placing an order. Once opened or used, a product is strictly not eligible for return under any circumstances.
